The Manager remit includes taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the organisation, supporting the leadership team, planning and implementing strategic objectives for the organisation, updating and implementing legal requirements for the organisation, financial management and developing and appraising the business performance of Garvald Glenesk. 

 

Team Leaders support the teams at Wall Cottage & Garden Cottage. Their remit includes taking responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the cottage, including control of the budget for the cottage, medication administration, staff training and supporting the support level team to implement and maintain good working practices. The Team Leader also takes responsibility for ensuring effective delivery of the policies and procedures at their individual cottage.
