The two cottages are home to twelve residents and stand in approximately two acres of walled and woodland gardens.

Each cottage have six bedrooms, an office, a staff sleepover room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room, bath and shower rooms, laundry room and a small quiet room for residents to relax in or have privacy for visitors.


The cottages are a short walk from Dalkeith in Midlothian and its many community resourses.
